Knife Skills 101

Enjoy a glass of wine while you learn from the best and enhance your knife skills with hands-on experience! Chef Christian will have you mincing, slicing, and dicing vegetables and herbs like a pro. Knife care, sharpening, and honing will also be covered. Prepare to wield your knife like a culinary expert!

$75.00 per person, sales tax is not included.

Doors Open at 5:30. Class Starts at 6:00 pm

Cancellation Policy: All classes have a two-day cancellation policy. You must email Leah at lbczerwonka@gmail.com to cancel an existing reservation. If you cancel within two days, you are responsible for paying for the class. If you are sick and unable to attend your class, you are welcome to send a guest in your place.

Please note it may be necessary to cancel select classes if fewer than 4 guests enroll. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we will personally reach out to each guest in the case of a cancellation.
