Chef Christian will demonstrate how to prepare a special selection of his favorite Mediterranean-inspired dishes. Enjoy a welcome cocktail and snacks on arrival, followed by a two-course wine pairing. Experience an immersive evening where participants can ask questions and engage with Chef in an intimate setting.

$95 per person, sales tax is not included.

Doors open at 5:30 pm. Dinner is at 6:00 pm.

Cancellation Policy: All demo dinners have a two-day cancellation policy. You must email Leah at lbczerwonka@gmail.com to cancel an existing reservation. If you cancel within two days, you are responsible for paying for the class. If you are sick and unable to attend the dinner, you are welcome to send a guest to your place.

Please note it may be necessary to cancel select classes if fewer than 4 guests enroll. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we will personally reach out to each guest in the case of a cancellation.
